June 23, 2009 - Murphed

I took Monday as a nice day off and spent it with Isaac on his birthday.

Yesterday I did the Murph. It's been a while, but I felt good!

1 mile run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Air Squats
1 mile run

Total time- 51:15

June 20, 2009 - New Mod on Crossfit and 3 miles

We did a modified workout for crossfit:

Do three rounds of:

Deadlift (135lbs) - 15reps
GHD Situps - 21reps

Time- 7:26

Ran 3 miles

Time- 30:11

Total Time- 37:37

June 18, 2009 - Swim Day!

Swam for 75 minutes, and hit the 80 lap mark again. I still can't get to 100, which would be 1 mile. I'm usually shot by 80 or so. I hope my endurance can improve.
